Tension, tightness, inflexibility and poor alignment can all build up stresses in your muscles and joints. Risk-free, comfortable golfing is possible.

That was why an Australian physiotherapist started working with some PGA pros with a view to developing a programme to reduce the risk of injury. Through the use of swing assessment and the application of biomechanical principles, you will be advised on improving your positional alignment with a view to reducing the stresses generated by the golf swing. This should ensure you remain fit for golf for life, whatever level you play.
